What are Email Preferences?
Email preferences are relevant for marketing emails allowing parents to opt out.
Find the relevant Student Profile > Parent 1/Parent 2 and scroll down to Email Preferences. From here you can change their marketing email preferences manually.
What Happens if Parents Have Unsubscribed?
If the parent has unsubscribed an error message will show up restricting the system from sending out these types of emails.
